Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Labmarket, Inc., doing business as Community Research Partners (“CRP,” “we,” “our” or “us”), is responsible for the website and inquiry practices described here. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit crpresearch.org, contact us, complete an inquiry form or arrange an introductory conversation.
It covers website visitors and business inquiries. It does not serve as a patient privacy notice, research consent, data-use agreement or authorization to obtain health-center records. Any later engagement involving sensitive data needs its own applicable arrangements and disclosures.
2. Information we collect
Contact and inquiry information. When you reach out, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, role, organization and the subjects you want to discuss. A general contact message may contain additional information you choose to include.
Organization and data-opportunity information. Our data intake asks about your organization's type, years in operation, approximate number of locations and annual patients, website, categories of clinical or operational records retained, approximate history available and areas of interest. These are descriptions and estimates about the organization. The form does not ask you to upload the underlying records or identify individual patients.
Scheduling information. If you book a meeting, we receive information needed to arrange it, such as your name, email address, selected time and any booking details you provide.
Technical information. Hosting and related infrastructure can generate records such as IP addresses, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, referring pages and error or security events. The specific records depend on the services used to operate the site.
Business context. We may consult public sources about your organization or its representatives to understand an inquiry and prepare for a conversation.
Please do not submit patient information, medical records, credentials or sensitive confidential materials through the website or an introductory booking form.
3. Why we use information
We use information to:
- Understand your inquiry, evaluate potential fit and prepare relevant follow-up.
- Communicate with you, schedule conversations and maintain business relationship records.
- Organize information about prospective AI, data, clinical trial or grant collaborations.
- Operate the site, manage submissions, prevent spam or misuse, investigate errors and protect our systems.
- Meet applicable legal obligations and address disputes or requests concerning your information.
Authorized team members may use software, including AI-assisted administrative tools, to organize inquiries, research organizational context and prepare follow-up. An inquiry does not produce an automated data valuation, determine patient eligibility or authorize a data transaction.
Submitting an inquiry asks us to respond about that inquiry. It does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize an unrelated marketing campaign.
4. Who may receive information
Within CRP, people supporting the inquiry or business relationship may access relevant information. Community Research Partners and Labmarket, Inc. are the same business for this purpose, not separate companies exchanging a lead.
We use service providers for functions such as hosting, form processing and storage, contact management, email, scheduling, security and administrative support. Relevant information may be processed by those providers to perform their functions for us, subject to the applicable service arrangements. Access is intended to be limited to what the function requires.
If you ask us to introduce you to an external collaborator or pursue an opportunity together, we may share the information needed for that step as agreed with you. Completing a form does not authorize us to distribute your inquiry to prospective data buyers or trial sponsors indiscriminately.
We may also disclose information where required by a valid legal obligation or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, enforce lawful rights or protect people and systems.
5. Website inquiries and data partnerships
We do not sell personal information collected through this website, including your contact details and inquiry content.
Our work helping organizations explore data partnerships is separate from the collection of visitor and inquiry information described in this policy. Describing the records your organization retains does not grant CRP rights in those records or permission to share, license or sell them. A potential partnership requires separate qualification, appropriate authority and agreed terms.
6. Cookies, browser settings and external booking
The website and its supporting services may use cookies or similar storage to provide functionality, preserve preferences or support security. Your browser offers controls for cookies and local storage; limiting them can affect some features.
When you follow an external link or use a third-party booking service, that service also handles information under its own privacy policy. Please review the information presented by the service before submitting details there.
7. Retention and protection
We keep contact, inquiry, organization and meeting records for the time reasonably needed to respond, manage the resulting business relationship and address applicable recordkeeping obligations. Relevant considerations include whether discussions remain active, whether an engagement follows, contractual and legal requirements, and a valid request to remove information.
Technical and security records are kept according to their operational purpose and the configuration of the relevant provider. We do not intend to retain identifiable information indefinitely simply because it was collected. Information no longer needed should be removed or de-identified, subject to applicable obligations and ordinary backup processes.
We take reasonable steps appropriate to the information and its use to restrict access and protect it. Internet communications and electronic storage still carry risks; no security measure eliminates every possibility of loss or unauthorized access.
8. Requests and choices
You can ask about the information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or tell us you do not want further optional follow-up by emailing partners@crpresearch.org.
Your legal rights depend on the laws that apply to your information and to our business. Where applicable, these may include access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, and choices concerning certain uses or disclosures. We will not retaliate against you for exercising a protected privacy right. Some requests are subject to exceptions, such as required recordkeeping.
We may ask for enough information to verify a request and, where relevant, an authorized representative's authority. Do not send patient records, identity documents or other sensitive material unless we specifically arrange an appropriate verification process with you.
9. Children
This website is intended for adults considering business or professional relationships with CRP. It is not designed for children under 13, and we do not intentionally collect their personal information. Please contact us if you believe a child has submitted information so we can address it.
10. Policy updates and contact
We will revise this page when our disclosed practices change and update the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain permission before using previously collected information for a materially different purpose.
