Labmarket, Inc., doing business as Community Research Partners (“CRP,” “we,” “our” or “us”), operates crpresearch.org. These terms apply to your use of this website and its inquiry features. Please use the website only if you accept these terms.

This website introduces our work with health centers and other organizations, including AI deployment, data partnerships, clinical trials and collaborative grant development. Its content is general information rather than advice tailored to your organization.

Browsing the site, submitting an inquiry or booking a conversation does not engage CRP to provide professional services, create a clinical relationship or commit either party to a project. Project scope, fees, responsibilities, confidentiality and any rights to use data must be addressed in a separate agreement. These website terms do not replace a signed agreement governing a particular engagement.

The site does not provide clinical care or recommendations about an individual's diagnosis, treatment or trial eligibility. Make those decisions with the appropriate healthcare professionals and study team.

Information about data, grants, technology and clinical trials also is not a legal opinion, regulatory determination or financial recommendation. Your organization remains responsible for obtaining advice appropriate to its circumstances and for its own decisions.

Descriptions of possible revenue, data licensing, clinical trial participation, grant funding or operational improvements identify areas to explore. They do not promise a buyer, a data valuation, a funded study, a grant award, patient eligibility or a particular financial or clinical result. Opportunities depend on their specific requirements, available resources, applicable permissions and agreed terms.

Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge and only material you are entitled to share. Estimates are welcome where the form requests them. Please submit organization-level information, not patient names, medical records, identifiable health information, passwords or sensitive confidential documents.

Our public inquiry forms are not channels for transferring clinical datasets. Completing an inquiry does not authorize CRP to obtain, access, sell, license or otherwise transfer your organization's data. Any such activity requires a separately defined and authorized process.

The Privacy Policy at /privacy explains how we handle website and inquiry information. Please contact us to arrange an appropriate process before sharing sensitive project materials.

CRP owns or has permission to use the website's content and design. Other organizations' names and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Logos accompanying a team member describe that individual's background; they do not by themselves establish a CRP customer relationship, current affiliation or endorsement.

You may browse, link to and retain reasonable copies of website information to evaluate CRP for yourself or your organization, keeping relevant ownership notices intact. Commercial republication, resale or use of our branding requires permission unless applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing here transfers ownership of our materials to you.

Do not use the site for unlawful activity, impersonation, deceptive submissions or infringement of others' rights. Do not bypass access restrictions, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability or use automated collection in a way that damages or materially burdens the site. Where permitted by law, you agree to cover reasonable costs and losses arising from a third-party claim caused by your unlawful use of the site, infringement of another person's rights or material violation of these terms. This obligation does not cover loss caused by CRP's own unlawful conduct.

California law governs these website terms, subject to rights that applicable law does not permit to be waived. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
